Preparation / reheating: Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Add the dry ingredients and roast for 2–4 minutes. Add 240 ml of water and the contents of the included masala sachet. Stir well. Cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, like a regular instant-noodle packet.
