Privacy Policy
The Millet Hub collects only the details you choose to share with us.
Launch waitlist
When you join our waitlist we store your name, email address and — if you provide it — your phone number, along with a record of your consent and the date you signed up. We use these details only to tell you about our launch and related product news. Waitlist details are never shown publicly or sold, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing hello@themillethub.com.
Customer reviews
When you submit a review we store your display name, rating, review text, any photos or video you upload, and your email address. Your email address is private and is never published. Reviews and media appear on the site only after our team approves them, and only with the consent you give when submitting.
Orders and enquiries
Order and enquiry details are used to fulfil your order and answer your questions. We confirm orders over WhatsApp using the number you contact us from.
